Ahhhh... no wonder lah...

Yesterday I had fun laughing at jokes only the two of us shared. His jokes were hilarious. When he teased me, I was not the only one that was amused but also to those who sat around us and knew that we were once an item.

Today, we found ourselves next to each other again. Laughing and giggling and making eye contact that send the same message. At some point, I wondered why we didn't make it since we always have fun when we are together.

After lunch he said "You are still driving a Wira??!!" (He saw Din picking me up on the first day)
"That's all I can afford, wak..." I answered.
"Both husband and wife working man..." he said, sounding as if both Din and I bring home RM10,000 each home. I just raised my eyebrows.

With that not only did I find the answer that I stupidly went to wonder, I also cancelled the plan of sending him to the airport. Just in case he might get blisters sitting in my Wira.

Jerk!

Hello Aiz, was at Principal's place nak check out noticed your very nice profile pic, so I slammed my brakes buat U turn...nice blog you have...beautiful songs too.

Ha ha, couldn't help smiling read your this posting...apa la nak buat la Aiz, some people do not have tact and diplomacy in their vocabulary....
You just be yourself, have fun, live your life with no excuses, love with no regrets....

You keep well and have a great week, best regards, Lee.
ps, incidentally, I had a boss once, he told me off infront of others, "Lee, you got no future....someone like you will never go far in life". He too critised my car then.

6 years later, I met him at Subang Airport, he was flying to Kuching, so was I,....only he was flying MAS, I was flying alone in my Company's Corporate Jet....his eyes opened besar, his mouth opened like in dentist chair when seeing our plane Captain, an American in pilot's uniform greeting me and then carrying my briefcase and small bag.

Of course I remember what he had told me 6 years ago, but I just smiled and waved as we both walked down the tarmac, he towards MAS plane, I to our Company plane. Lee.

On my 26th birthday, I bought my first car - a Proton Saga 1.5s Megavalve. The Iswara model had already been released. When I opted for the Saga, the salesman frantically tried to get me buy the Iswara instead. I asked him for price comparison: Saga 1.5S for RM32K versus Iswara 1.3S for RM37K.

I said to him: "Dua-dua pun ada 5 tayar, kan?" He said yes. I chose the Saga.

I have valet parked that old banged up car at the Shangri-La many times...dusty with dents etc. Worn out seat that showed some springs.

In the end, girl, it is about what works. It doesn't matter what car you buy - it can be a Rolls Royce but it still cannot cook for you.

So a car is just a car. It will get dents, scratches, paint will fade, and the model will get outdated very quickly.

No matter how much you pay for it, it will one day become just a piece of junk.

If that Wira is the best for you and Din now, let it be. There is no point eating Maggi everyday just to show you have some social status.

YOU GO GIRL!!!!

He doesn't deserve you at all.

Reminds me of someone who was cute and kegilaan a few.. (not many..hehe). Was trying his luck then to dot me. But he made a silly remark or rather asked a rude question of, "eh! father u tukang cuci kapal ke?". He thot it was funny, but in my mind ....oh yeah? what if? what if he really was one, cuteboy? wasn't tukang cuci kapal jugak satu kerja yg halal?

I didn't have to wait for my bapak to switch job to mencuci kapal before I said bye-bye to romeo.

Dear Aiz,

I have been here a couple of times before. Just have this urge to leave a comment. As long as you and hubby are happy, why bother what others comment on what car you drive. The people yang buat all these derogatory remarks are probably jealous of your happiness. Take it ez dear.
